The KL3204 analog input terminal is designed for the direct connection of resistance sensors, employing 2-wire connection techniques. The terminal's circuitry has the capability to operate sensors, and linearization over the entire temperature range is achieved through a microprocessor. Users can freely select the temperature range, with the Bus Terminal's standard settings offering a resolution of 0.1 °C in the temperature range compatible with Pt100 sensors. Error LEDs are incorporated to signal sensor faults, such as a broken wire. Notably, the KL3204 version consolidates four channels within a single housing for efficient functionality.
